  • Hot Yoga (a.k.a. Bikram)

    • Class description: a series of 26 postures in a hot, humidified room. Promotes strength, flexibility, balance, healing for the spine, internal focus, and detoxification. All-levels, challenging class. No yoga experience required
    • Wear: Yoga tights or better yet, yoga shorts if you have them (I promise you, no one cares what your legs look like), a yoga top that won’t show anything when you lean over.  
    • Bring: yoga mat, beach towel or yogitoes, waterbottle.  Mats, towels, and water available for rent or purchase

  • Yin Yoga
    • 1:45-2:45pm
    • Location: CorePowerYoga, Louisville. 1817 Highway 42. Louisville, CO 80027. 303.848.4589
    • Class description: a series of longer floor postures that facilitate ease, space, and deep release in the body’s connective tissues. Increase your range of motion and flexibility, heal injuries, calm your mind and nervous system. A wonderful way to end one week and transition to the next. All-levels class, no yoga experience required, non-heated room, soothing music
    • Bring: yoga mat.  Wear: comfortable workout clothing.  The room is not heated, so there’s no sweat nor need for a towel.
