Bari Ablon Campbell is a Certified Registered Yoga Instructor with over 500 hours of training.  She teaches Vinyasa Yoga (power/flow), Hot Yoga (Bikram), Yoga with Weights, Yin Yoga (restorative) and Yoga for Athletes, Corporate Yoga, and Yoga and Exercises for People with Parkinson’s Disease and other mobility concerns. She is grateful to have trained and studied with Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Bikram, Rod Stryker, Ana Forrest, and Gary Sobol among others. Bari continues to work with yoga masters and anatomy experts around the country as she strives to bring even more perspective and expertise to her teaching and practice–a journey which began in 2002. Bari leads workshops and teacher trainings and also works privately with individuals, groups, corporations, and athletic teams.  Her goal in teaching yoga is for each person to find exactly what their body, mind or soul needs.  Yoga can improve strength, flexibility, balance, body alignment and posture, focus, calm, breathing, and general well-being. The healing, progress, and understanding can’t be underestimated!
